Q: How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. To get your tracking number, simply email us support@gatsbyshoes.co and we will have it sent to you. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?

A: 
Shipping times are between 7-15 business days.
  • United States: 3-5 business days (🎄 Place by Dec 19th for Delivery Before Christmas)
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 15 business days
  • Europe: 15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15 business days

      Q: Is Your Website Secure With My Personal Information?

      A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

      A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the "Buy Now" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

      Q: Does GatsbyShoes Provide A Quality Guarantee For All The Products Being Sold?

      A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

      Q: How Can I Get In Contact With You?

      A: We handle customer service through email. Send us an email support@gatsbyshoes.co with any questions or concerns that you have. 

      Q: How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

      A: We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. 

      Once an order is placed, customers have one hour to cancel an order before our team start processing it. Once the initial hour has passed we cant guarantee a refund on the item before it is shipped. In some cases you will need to wait for the item to arrive and process it as a return/refund! If a cancellation is possible after the initial hour we may charge a 10% admin and restocking fee, depending how far through the packaging and shipping process the order has gotten. There will be a 2$ fee on any cancelation to cover credit card and processing before the initial hour.

      Q: Do You Offer A Refund If I Don't Like The Product?

      A: Absolutely! We offer a refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our Refund Policy for complete details.
